This product and its components were tested by LA Testing's Los Alamitos Laboratory, an independent, certified facility that is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the California Department of Health Services Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.
This product was subject to hot, concentrated acid digestion, followed by an analysis of elements using stringent, EPA-approved tests for arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, selenium, silver and mercury that included Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (CVAA) - the EPA's 7471A test mercury. With no detectable traces, this product is compliant for these RCRA* heavy metals with EPA, Center for Disease Control, Consumer Product Safety Commission and California Proposition 65 requirements.
